In version 4.6 and earlier in the IVR enabled direct dial extension:
- IVR EDITOR>>> OPTIONS>> Enable Dialing extension (enabled first)
In version 5.6 and onward the IVR enabled direct dial extension:
IVR EDITOR>>> OPTIONS>> Enable Dialing extension
But it is not just for dialing extensions to enable it to select the hunt group to which the mark, this is useful when you have multiple IVRs configured on the server and when we have such different ortganizaciones on the same server and we want for a particular IVR can only mark a group of extensions such as the case HOSTED EXTENSIONS.

Habilitar el marcado directo a extension desde un IVR
En la version 4.6 y anteriores en el IVR se habilitaba la opcion de marcado directo a extension:
EDITOR DE IVR >>> OPCIONES >> Enable extension Dialing (habilitar el parametro)
Este parametro permite que desde el IVR se pueda marcar una extension cualquiera del Swtichvox mientras la llamda esta en el IVR, y al habilitar este parametro por defecto se toman 3 segundos para enrutar la llamada puesto que se espera que se marquen el resto de digitos de la extension.
En la version 5.1 en adelante esto cambia:
EDITOR DE IVR >>> OPCIONES >> Enable extension Dialing
Pero ya no viene solo para habilitar el marcado de extensiones sino que permite seleccionar el grupo de extensiones a las cuales marcar, esto es util cuando se tienen varios IVRs configurados en el servidor y cuando por ejemplo tenemos diferentes ortganizaciones en un mismo servidor y queremos que por determinado IVR solo se pueda marcar un grupo de extensiones como el caso de EXTENSIONES HOSTED.
