Entrando en materia, veamos los primeros pasos para instalar el Swtichvox:
1. Montaje físico en el RACK, o en el sitio donde va a quedar tu servidor
2. Configuración de la RED (Dir IP, Gateway, DNS, MASK, IP publica). Es importante aqui verificar que se debe configurar una IP interna y habilitarle el Allow Nat Port Forwarding en YES y External IP Address / Hostname con la IP publica que le asignes al servidor.
*Es muy importante que habilites en el Firewall lso permisos de acceso hacia la IP privada.
3. Acceder por URL al Admin.para acceder a la interface de Administracion:
URL:https://IP.del.PBX/admin
4. Creación de usuarios de administración.
Debes crear un password para los administradores del sistema.
5. Realizar el registro y activar la licencia del servidor en DIGUM.
Este paso es vital para que todas las funcionalidades del Swtichvox puedan quedr activas.
6. Realización del Update del Sistema operativo:Verificar que updates tienes disponibles y actualizar tu sistema.
7. Verificar permisos en el firewall.(Acceso por los puertos 80, 443,5060,5269,1194 y los puertos 10000-2000)
8. Verificar el acceso remoto desde Internet.
